Job Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural concepts, schematics, and detailed designs.
Develop space planning, layouts, and architectural details.
Coordinate architectural designs with civil, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Prepare architectural drawings, schedules, and BOQs.
Perform QA/QC reviews of architectural deliverables.
Support preparation of coordinated IFC documentation.

Qualification:

Bachelor s degree in architecture.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of architectural design experience.
Experience in building and social infrastructure projects.
Strong coordination experience with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in architectural CAD and design tools.
