Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and coordinating architectural designs from concept through execution drawings, ensuring technical feasibility, compliance with project specifications, and alignment with client requirements, while supporting the successful delivery of construction projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design Development & Technical Oversight
- Develop architectural concepts, 2D and 3D design proposals.
- Translate client requirements into functional, sustainable, and aesthetically sound designs.
- Prepare projects from preliminary studies through detailed execution drawings.
- Compile project specifications and define required materials.
- Modify plans and elevations as required by site or client changes.
Cross-Disciplinary Coordination
- Coordinate with MEP and Structural teams for composite drawings.
- Review execution drawings to ensure technical feasibility.
- Support coordination between design and construction teams.
- Participate in resolving design conflicts and technical issues.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure designs comply with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Complete quality assurance documentation under manager supervision.
- Follow ISO 9001 and company quality procedures.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Propose innovative architectural solutions to complex design challenges.
- Stay updated on architectural trends and construction advancements.
- Contribute to improving design processes and documentation standards.
Reporting & Accountability
- Report progress and technical issues to the Design & Drawing Office Manager.
- Submit completed drawings and revisions for approval.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk REVIT.
- Good knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience with LUMION, SketchUp and 3D Max (V-Ray is an advantage).
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of architectural detailing and construction feasibility.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 quality management principles.
