Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead architectural design from concept to execution for various projects.
Prepare drawings, blueprints, and architectural documents.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting.
Conduct site visits and supervise construction phases when needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture.
Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods
Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills
Licensed architect
