We are seeking a talented and creative Architect with proven experience in luxury residential villa design and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for high-end architecture, and the ability to translate client visions into elegant, functional spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and develop architectural concepts for luxury villas from concept to completion.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals and quality standards are met.

· Prepare detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and presentation materials.

· Ensure designs comply with local regulations, codes, and sustainability practices.

· Manage site visits and oversee construction progress to maintain design integrity.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).

· Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury residential or high-end villa projects.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.

· Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and interior coordination.

· Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Preferred:

· Experience with GCC (Gulf) or international luxury projects.

· Portfolio showcasing luxury villa or residential designs.
