Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Architect in coordination and review of development of architectural and engineering construction drawings.
- Assists Project Architect with client and project coordination.
- Provides solutions to resolve design issues.
- Prepares documentation for analysis and review for specific issues.
- Provides management updates and reports.
- Responsible for generating architectural drawings utilizing Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit or other Software. Using own judgment and analysis.
- Provide technical solutions to resolve design issues.
- Compile data and perform computations.
- Assist Project Architect in report preparation.
- Provide project data as requested by the Project Architect or Project Manager (i.e. area schedules, building heights, number of stories, etc.)
- Prepare physical/visual survey documentation.
- May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating in an assigned project.
- May perform other duties as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 2+ years of relevant experience partnered with a Bachelor s degree in Architecture. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in Rhino, Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture, Revit Architecture, Sketchup and PhotoShop, Illustrator and In-Design.
