HAK Engineering

To work within the Technical Office team and contribute to the development of architectural designs for projects, prepare architectural drawings, and coordinate with various engineering disciplines to ensure design integration and quality. The role also involves developing and updating architectural BIM models, supporting design and development activities in accordance with the Saudi Building Code and applicable standards and regulations, and contributing to the preparation of technical proposals, design deliverables, and architectural presentations.

Qualifications & Experience

• The applicant must be a Saudi national.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and relevant architectural standards and regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Required Experience

• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.

Skills

• Good skills in preparing architectural drawings, engineering coordination, and architectural presentation outputs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in architectural visualization software such as Lumion.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and development of architectural designs for projects.
• Prepare conceptual and preliminary architectural drawings.
• Participate in developing innovative design solutions.
• Prepare detailed construction and shop drawings.
• Prepare architectural details and technical drawings.
• Prepare architectural technical specifications.
• Contribute to the preparation of quantity take-offs and schedules.
• Update drawings and models based on review comments and approvals.
• Coordinate architectural designs with other engineering disciplines to ensure design integration and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation and updating of BIM models and project documentation.
