Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design innovative architectural solutions that meet client needs while adhering to local building codes and regulations.

  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using advanced software to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.

  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate project viability and inform design decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, with a focus on sustainable design preferred.

  • Licensed Architect with SCE certifications, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards and ethics.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design, with a proven portfolio showcasing diverse project types.

  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, such as Revit or ArchiCAD, is essential for modern design workflows.

  • Proven experience in fire protection-related designs
