Roles & Responsibilities

Our client specialises in groundbreaking architecture and is currently seeking a talented Architectural Designer or Architect to join their growing team in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to work with a creative and innovative team that influences skylines and communities worldwide.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Directors with developing architectural concepts with a focus on international large-scale projects.
  • Collaborate effectively with teams in other studios around the world to deliver projects from RIBA stages 0-2.
  • Demonstrate exceptional design skills, including hand sketching and the use of digital tools such as SketchUp, Photoshop, 3D Studio Max, Rhino, and Grasshopper.
  • Ensure designs meet client specifications and international standards.
  • Communicate design ideas and concepts clearly
  • Be good at working under pressure to tight deadlines.

Our client promotes a design-focused approach; experience in supervising the execution of designs on-site is beneficial but not mandatory.

Desired Candidate Profile

A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in architecture, specifically working on large-scale international projects.

  • Proven track record in participating in architectural competitions and bids.
  • Exceptional design and visualization skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing your hand sketching and digital rendering abilities.
  • Familiarity with RIBA stages 0-2 and a clear understanding of the design process.
  • Registered Architect preferred, but talented designers with at least 3 years post-degree experience will also be considered.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with a diverse international team.
  • Candidates should must have prior experience working with a leading design practice on an international scale.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, with 4 days remote and 1 day in the Dubai office, accommodating collaboration with teams primarily based in Europe.
