Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of concept designs, layouts, 3D models, and detailed architectural drawings.
  • Support the development of design presentations, mood boards, and visualizations for internal and client reviews.
  • Participate in preparing construction documents, specifications, and technical reports.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design intent, quality standards, and project requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, planners, interior designers, and project managers to integrate multidisciplinary inputs.
  • Assist in reviewing materials, finishes, mock-ups, and shop drawings submitted by contractors and suppliers.
  • Contribute to ensuring designs comply with UAE building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
  • Support project teams with documentation, coordination, and design revisions throughout all project stages.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UAE National Architect to support the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about innovative design, sustainability, and contributing to the architectural landscape of the UAE./p>

Location: Dubai or Northern Emirates/p>

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
  • 0 4 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Strong design and visualization skills.
  • Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, BIM tools, Lumion, Enscape, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, and building materials.

Preferred Skills:

  • Internship or project experience in architecture, urban design, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with UAE authority guidelines (Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality, Trakhees, DDA).
  • Knowledge of sustainability standards (LEED, Estidama, WELL).
  • Basic understanding of project management tools and BIM workflows.
