We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team in Dubai. The role involves planning, designing, and delivering architectural and interior projects with a strong focus on creativity, precision, and functionality. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with architectural design tools, interior detailing, and technical drawings.

• Key Responsibilities
• Create and develop architectural designs, 3D models, and detailed drawings.
  
• Design and present concepts using 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Corona and Revit.
  
• Prepare furniture layouts, joinery designs, and detailed interior drawings.
  
• Develop and review electrical and MEP coordination drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  
• Work closely with clients to capture requirements and translate them into functional designs.
  
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers during project execution.
  
• Research new materials, design trends, and sustainable solutions.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Architecture (Master s preferred).
  
• 3 5 years of professional experience in architecture and interior projects, preferably in the UAE.
  
  
• Proficiency in:
  
• AutoCAD (2D & detailed drawings)
  
• 3ds Max (3D visualization & rendering)
  
• SketchUp (concept modeling)
  
• Revit (BIM modeling & coordination)
  
• Strong knowledge of furniture design, joinery details, and fit-out drawings.
  
• Ability to prepare electrical and technical drawings in coordination with MEP teams.
  
• Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
  
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in both architectural and interior projects.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
