Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Note: This position is based in our Umm Al Quwain office. Candidates must be willing to relocate or commute to Umm Al Quwain.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs from concept to detailed design stages
Prepare architectural drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants
Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and local authority regulations
Manage authority submissions and approvals
Conduct site coordination meetings and technical reviews
Review shop drawings and material submittals
Ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained throughout execution
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
6–12 years of experience in UAE
Proven experience working with UAE architectural consultancy firms
Strong experience in high-rise residential or mixed-use tower projects
Hands-on experience in authority submissions and approvals in UAE
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Willingness to work from Umm Al Quwain office
