Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee on-site architectural activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications, providing technical guidance to site personnel.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve design and construction challenges.
- Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, documentation, and progress updates for management and clients.
- Ensure effective communication between the design office and construction site to address any discrepancies or modifications.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on-site.
- Assist in the procurement and approval of materials, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Participate in project meetings, providing technical input and status updates as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in architectural site engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to interpret and analyze architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a hybrid (on-site and remote) environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
