Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all architectural activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Review and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring accurate implementation during construction.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to on-site challenges in real-time.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
  • Ensure all work aligns with local building codes, regulations, and Dubai Misr s quality standards.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to address concerns and incorporate feedback
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6-9 years of proven experience in architectural site engineering within large-scale real estate or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret and implement complex architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Experience in preparing site reports and maintaining project documentation.
