Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee on-site architectural activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and project requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
Review and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for construction teams.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
Resolve on-site technical issues and provide effective solutions to unforeseen challenges.
Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
Ensure all materials and workmanship meet the required standards and specifications.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to implement design modifications as needed.
Assist in the procurement and approval of construction materials.
Support the handover process by ensuring all architectural elements are completed to client satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3 to 7 years of proven experience in architectural site engineering or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and architectural standards.
Excellent ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Demonstrated experience managing on-site activities and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite.
Willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
