Technical Office Architect: Responsible for transforming concept designs into accurate shop drawings and ensuring full engineering coordination. br>
He verifies compliance with building codes, prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), and analyze pricing and project estimations. Additionally, they utilize 3D modeling to develop complex facades and skylight structures, such as domes and pyramids.br>
Desired Candidate Profile
Holds a Bachelor degree in engineering or a relevant field of stud.
Proficiency in using AutoCAD 2D
3Ds MAX is a plus
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel & Word
1-3 years of experience
