Role

• Produce architectural designs, drawings, and plans using CAD and 3D modelling software.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and project details.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
• Where required coordinate with other engineering departments.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress.
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, and reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and regulations.

Candidate Requirements

Education
Bachelor s with a Master s in Architecture.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
• Experience with the following software: Sketchup, Revit (BIM), 3ds max, AutoCAD , Rhino Grasshopper, Photoshop, Lumion, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in professional-level English, both written and oral.
• Creative flair.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Adaptable and resourceful.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Hard-working nature.
