Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As part of high-stakes ServiceNow projects, we are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to design and lead robust, scalable solutions aligned with platform standards, in complex and multi-stakeholder environments.
- To define the functional and technical architecture of ServiceNow solutions
- Ensure the overall consistency of the platform and adherence to ServiceNow best practices
- Supporting project teams (Business Analysts, developers, administrators)
- Intervene on one or more ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, SPM, WSD)
- Designing integrations, data flows, and data models
- Providing expertise on technical choices and supporting the build, testing, and deployment phases
- to be proactive in suggesting improvements and developments to the platform
- Diploma (m/f) of a Bac+5 in computer science or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a ServiceNow consultant
- Significant experience on the ServiceNow platform
- Expertise in at least one ServiceNow module
- Good mastery of IT processes and ITIL concepts
- Experience in Agile and/or V-model methodologies
- Excellent communication, analytical and synthesis skills
- Fluent in French and English
Desired Candidate Profile
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or equivalent, Minimum 8 years of experience as a ServiceNow consultant, Significant experience with the ServiceNow platform, Expertise in at least one ServiceNow module, Strong understanding of IT processes and ITIL concepts, Experience with Agile and/or V-model methodologies, Excellent communication, analytical, and synthesis skills, Fluent in French and English
