Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities:
Solution Design and Architecture
- Designing scalable, silent, and responsive back-end architectures
- To define and manage migration trajectories from monoliths to microservices (slicing, governance, target trajectory)
- Design and define the front-end architecture , ensuring performance and consistency with the back-end.
- Collaborating closely with development teams and business stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and validation of DATs , ensuring alignment with architectural standards
Quality and good practices
- Define and promote software quality strategies : automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, static and dynamic analyses
- Ensure the consistent application of design patterns and best development practices
Technical foundations and upgrade strategy
- Managing the evolution and upgrade strategies of frameworks, dependencies, and runtimes
- Ensure the compatibility, security and stability of updates
Expertise & support
- Providing advanced expertise on the Spring stack
- tre ref rent on Kafka (connectors, Schema Registry, Avro, governance and compatibility)
- Define and promote best practices for CaaS & Kubernetes (deployment, security, observability, operation)
Technical skills
- Architectures: Microservices, Micro-Frontend, EDA, modular monoliths
- Methodologies & patterns: DDD, TDD, Design Patterns, C4 Model
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
- Minimum 14 years , including 5 years in software architecture
- Proven experience in complex and collaborative environments
- Active participation in projects migrating to microservices architectures
Soft skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Natural leadership and strong collaborative spirit
