Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Architects in preparing tender documents, conducting tender evaluations, and drafting recommendation and contract documentation
- Review and advise on front-end tender documents prepared by client legal teams or consultant quantity surveyors
- Handle daily contract administration including drafting letters, notices, instructions, and certificates
- Assess variation claims, extension of time submissions, and other contractual claims from contractors
- Prepare change requests and variation orders for approval and maintain complete and accurate project documentation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on contractual and commercial matters
- Attend project meetings and coordination sessions as required
- Support effective contract control to ensure compliance with project requirements, timelines, and governance standards

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Five to eight years of relevant experience in the construction or architectural consultancy industry
- Healthcare, laboratory, or technically complex project experience preferred
- Proficient in project planning and control tools such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Strong decision-making capability in ambiguous or risk-based environments
- Experience with fast-track project delivery is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
