Architectural Design Coordinator

The Architectural Design Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating architectural design activities within the Technical Department, ensuring smooth collaboration between consultants, technical teams, and project stakeholders. The role involves reviewing drawings, managing design coordination processes, and supporting project delivery in alignment with technical standards, project requirements, and timelines.

Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

• Coordinate architectural design activities across multiple projects within the Technical Department.
• Review architectural drawings, technical documents, and design packages for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate between consultants, technical teams, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth design development and execution.
• Monitor design progress and ensure timely submission of drawings and technical deliverables.
• Identify and resolve design conflicts and technical coordination issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and local regulations.
• Support the Technical Department in design reviews, technical evaluations, and project coordination meetings.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and site teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Track design changes, revisions, and technical approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in maintaining technical documentation, records, and coordination reports.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for: br>

• Bachelor s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 8 years of experience in design coordination within construction or engineering companies.
• Previous experience in residential, hospitality, and/or healthcare projects is preferred.
• Strong experience in architectural design coordination and technical review processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other related design software.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical standards, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
