Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and produce detailed architectural designs, drawings, and specifications for industrial, commercial, and large-scale development projects.

Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, and HVAC engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural and engineering systems.

Prepare and review architectural documentation, including technical reports, material submittals, and shop drawings.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve design-related issues.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards throughout the design and construction phases.

Stay updated on industry trends, innovative materials, and best practices to enhance project outcomes and design efficiency.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, and other architectural design software.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
  • Experience in multidisciplinary coordination with structural, MEP, and HVAC teams.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design, preferably within industrial or commercial sectors.

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
