Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings for civil building projects, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Develop shop drawings and as-built drawings as per approved designs and site conditions.
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and site teams to ensure accuracy of drawings.
Modify and update drawings based on site requirements, consultant comments, and approvals.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local authority requirements, and construction standards.
Assist in preparing drawing submissions for client and consultant approvals.
Maintain proper records and documentation of all drawings and revisions.
Support the site team by providing accurate and timely drawings for execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or certification in Architectural Drafting or Civil Engineering.
Proven experience in architectural drafting for civil building construction projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
Good understanding of construction drawings, materials, and building standards.
Ability to work accurately under deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams.
