Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for complex projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and architects to integrate design changes and optimize project workflows.
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements, applying real-world insights to refine design documentation.
  • Review and revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field, providing a strong foundation in design principles.
  • 5+ years of experience in draughting within the construction or engineering industry, showcasing a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit) is crucial for producing high-quality technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with building codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance in designs.
