We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the development and completion of construction documents and architectural designs. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in design software. As an Architectural Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans and ensuring all specifications are met to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to gather product and structural requirements.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.
• Review project specifications and design drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop technical drawings for construction projects based on architectural designs.
• Coordinate with project teams to solve design challenges and optimize plans.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of architectural trends and building codes.
• Assist in the preparation and revision of project documentation and specifications.
• Ensure all architectural designs meet the established industry standards and codes.
• Conduct site visits to gather measurements and understand project scope.
• Produce high-quality graphics and visuals to support project presentations.
• Manage and update CAD libraries and drawing standards regularly.
• Liaise with contractors and clients to communicate project details effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• A minimum of three years of experience in an architectural drafting position.
• Strong understanding of engineering and architectural principles and concepts.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation accurately.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
