Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare architectural shop drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Interpret concept designs and IFC drawings into detailed working drawings.
Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to ensure design integration.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and authority requirements.
Review drawings and incorporate changes as per consultant/client feedback.
Assist in preparation of material submittals and technical documentation.
Maintain proper drawing logs and revision control.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma / Degree in Architecture or related field.
8–10 years of experience, with strong exposure to high-rise building projects in Dubai.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
Experience in Revit / BIM is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, finishes, and materials
