Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Prepare architectural shop drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

  • Interpret concept designs and IFC drawings into detailed working drawings.

  • Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to ensure design integration.

  • Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and authority requirements.

  • Review drawings and incorporate changes as per consultant/client feedback.

  • Assist in preparation of material submittals and technical documentation.

  • Maintain proper drawing logs and revision control.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma / Degree in Architecture or related field.

  • 8–10 years of experience, with strong exposure to high-rise building projects in Dubai.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).

  • Experience in Revit / BIM is highly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, finishes, and materials
