Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings from concept stage to detailed 2D drawings and 3D models. Design residential projects in compliance with UAE municipality regulations. Coordinate with authorities to submit and follow up on municipality approvals. Develop design proposals, layouts, and presentations according to client requirements. Conduct client meetings to understand needs, present design solutions, and implement feedback. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure design accuracy. Ensure designs meet quality standards, timelines, and project specifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Minimum 4 years of experience in architectural design within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of municipality regulations and approval procedures.
Proficiency in architectural 2D drafting and 3D modeling.
Ability to manage projects from concept to design development.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
