Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Technical design: Carry out structural studies (load calculations, materials) and execution studies.
- Versatility: Integrate ventilation, electrical, plumbing systems and energy efficiency (thermal, acoustic) from the design phase.
- Project management: Coordinating the work, supervising the construction sites and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree in architecture or architectural engineering
- Software proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max
- Organizational skills, creativity and rigor
