Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review architectural and finishing shop drawings.
  • Supervise and monitor on-site finishing works.
  • Ensure compliance with design, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate between architectural, civil, and MEP works.
  • Review material submittals and ensure proper selection and installation.
  • Provide technical support and resolve site issues.
  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
  • Bachelor s degree in Architecture Engineering.
  • 3 5 years of experience in construction or contracting companies.
  • Excellent command of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong technical background in finishing materials and detailing.
  • Good knowledge of construction procedures and site coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
