Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design innovative building systems that optimize energy efficiency and structural integrity, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with architects and construction teams to develop detailed blueprints and models using advanced software tools, translating conceptual ideas into tangible designs.
- Conduct thorough site assessments and feasibility studies, analyzing environmental impact, soil conditions, and local codes to inform project development.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a closely related field, ensuring a strong foundation in engineering principles.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in architectural design or engineering, demonstrating a proven track record in successful projects.
Professional Engineering (PE) license or relevant certifications (e.g., LEED Accredited Professional) to validate expertise in sustainable practices and design.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools, enabling effective design and modeling capabilities.
