Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with architectural drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor and report on progress, workmanship, and safety.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Identify and report non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Maintain detailed records of inspections and site activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural site supervision.
Bachelor s degree in Architecture is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing standards.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations is a plus.
Knowledge of interior design is a plus.
