Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and other construction documentation, verifying their alignment with design intent and project requirements.
Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to architectural plans, specifications, and local building codes, mitigating potential non-compliance issues proactively.
Conduct thorough inspections of various construction stages, including foundations, framing, MEP systems, and finishes, meticulously documenting findings with photographic evidence and detailed reports.
Coordinate and collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and resolving any construction-related challenges promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have experience in UAE.
Site Supervision experience is a must.
Should have Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or Diploma in Architecture.
Demonstrates a minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural inspection or site supervision, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Exhibits in-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes, ensuring accurate assessment of construction quality and compliance.
