Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Review shop drawings, material submittals, and other construction documentation, verifying their alignment with design intent and project requirements.

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to architectural plans, specifications, and local building codes, mitigating potential non-compliance issues proactively.

  • Conduct thorough inspections of various construction stages, including foundations, framing, MEP systems, and finishes, meticulously documenting findings with photographic evidence and detailed reports.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and resolving any construction-related challenges promptly.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should have experience in UAE.

  • Site Supervision experience is a must.

  • Should have Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or Diploma in Architecture.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural inspection or site supervision, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

  • Exhibits in-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes, ensuring accurate assessment of construction quality and compliance.
