Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented Architectural Inspector ready to play a vital role in delivering landmark construction projects across the UAE? We're seeking three exceptional professionals to join a prestigious design and construction practice known for delivering some of the region's most exciting schemes.

About the Role

As an Architectural Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction works are carried out in full compliance with approved architectural drawings, specifications, and UAE building regulations. You will work closely with the site team, contractors, and design consultants to uphold the highest quality standards throughout the construction process.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure construction work complies with approved drawings and specifications

• Reviewing and verifying material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements

• Identifying and reporting non-conformances and ensuring corrective actions are implemented

• Liaising with contractors, consultants, and the design team to resolve site queries and technical issues

• Maintaining accurate site inspection records, reports, and photographic documentation

• Supporting the Resident Engineer and Project Manager in monitoring overall site quality and progress

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in architectural inspection or site supervision on construction projects in the UAE or GCC

• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations, construction standards, and inspection procedures

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with 3D modelling or BIM software is an advantage

• Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field

• Proactive, organised, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Salary: AED 10,000 – 14,000 per month
