Roles & Responsibilities

What You ll Do

  • Lead projects from concept to tender
  • Prepare working drawings, details, and presentation packages
  • Manage client relationships and ensure design goals are met
  • Oversee internal teams, consultants, and resources
  • Review submittals, BOQs, and technical documents
  • Organize project documentation and participate in coordination meetings

Requirements

  • 6+ years of architectural experience with strong detailing and construction documentation skills
  • Degree in Architecture
  • Mastery of Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop (D5, Lumion a plus)
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, codes, and construction methods in Egypt/MENA
  • Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate across architecture, structure, and MEP
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and client-facing skills

Desired Candidate Profile
