Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
Manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring time, quality and budget targets are met.
Act as the key point of contact between client, consultants and contractors.
Plan project timelines, deliverables and resource allocation.
Monitor design and construction progress, resolve technical and coordination issues.
Prepare reports, documentation and project status updates for stakeholders.
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture or a related field.
Substantial experience managing architectural or multi-disciplinary building projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and construction processes.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
GCC / UAE project experience is an advantage.
