Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the architectural BIM team.
  • Distribute tasks, manage deadlines, and evaluate team performance.
  • Develop and enforce BIM standards and workflows.
  • Ensure models comply with BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to resolve design clashes.
  • Oversee BIM deliverables like 3D models and construction documentation.
  • Provide training and support to the team on BIM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Architecture or Structural Engineering.
  • 10-15 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
