Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a strong>detail-oriented Architectural Site Engineer/strong> to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will oversee site activities, ensure design compliance, coordinate with contractors, and support the successful execution of all architectural works on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor architectural works on site to ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Review architectural shop drawings and materials for compliance with project requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
  • Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and project standards.
  • Assist in solving site issues and proposing technical solutions.
  • Follow up on material deliveries and check material quality on site.
  • Ensure proper execution of finishes, including painting, cladding, ceiling, flooring, and fa ade works.
  • Oversee the installation of architectural elements, finishes, and materials, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Architecture Engineering.

Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on architectural elements.

Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

Proficiency in site inspections, quality control, and safety management.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple site activities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with project teams.

Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively address site challenges.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and meet project deadlines.

Willingness to work full-time on site and adapt to changing project needs.
