Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all architectural activities on assigned construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to facilitate seamless communication and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Manage and mentor junior architects and site staff, providing guidance and support to foster professional development.
- Prepare and present progress reports, documentation, and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources required for architectural works.
- Evaluate and approve architectural modifications or changes during construction, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Collaborate with external consultants, regulatory authorities, and clients to address project-related concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural supervision or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing architectural projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve technical and operational challenges on-site.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Ability to work full-time and on-site, adapting to dynamic project needs.
- Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams within large-scale projects.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
