Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings in line with project specifications and design requirements.
  • Develop and maintain finishing schedules and detailed architectural documentation.
  • Perform quantity surveying and material take-offs for architectural works.
  • Coordinate with design, site, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support the selection and sourcing of architectural materials while ensuring quality and compliance with project standards.
  • Review technical drawings and ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines.
  • Prepare presentations and technical reports when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Architectural Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural technical office and design work.
  • Strong experience in shop drawings, finishing schedules, and quantity surveying.
  • Practical knowledge of architectural materials selection and sourcing.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
