Experience in

Duties

Receive and study the contract and project requirements.
Give awareness to the Team Leaders, Documents controller and Financial Department with the project requirements.
Interface with client through the relevant admin personals for: project documentation-mails, telephone calls, Faxes, meetings, change orders, scope additions, contract amendments, scheduling, etc
Review consistency of project documents and confirm the conformance with the contract.
Issue project documents to the client through the formal transmittal method and in the due time according to the project time schedule.
Agree with client on project: time schedule, design criteria, technical specifications, drawings methodology, BOQ template documents and transmittal methodology (title block, numbering system, level of details, etc.) and project budget.
Define and communicate the main contract terms, the sub consultancy terms and progress reports with the financial department for invoicing and payments follow up.
Review and submit project documents and submissions after confirming completeness from project coordinator.
Follow up design activities with team leaders to meet time schedule.
