Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop innovative architectural designs and concepts for residential and commercial projects.

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and interior designers to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and ensure design feasibility.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and present design proposals.
  • Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors and consultants throughout the construction phase to address design-related issues.
  • Review and revise architectural plans based on feedback from stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architectural design.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate client needs into creative design solutions.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous architectural design projects.
