Architecture Development Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural elements.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and international standards throughout all project phases.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Support the development and implementation of innovative design solutions that align with company goals and client expectations.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to communicate design concepts and project updates.
• Contribute to the evaluation and selection of materials, technologies, and sustainable practices for architectural projects.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction processes, and project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with local and international building codes and standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
