Roles & Responsibilities
Proficiency in creating detailed working drawings and technical documentation
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Proficiency in architectural design software and tools.
AutoCAD and Revit are must.
Ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements
Experience in managing large-scale architectural projects is a plus
Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Engineering.
Minimum of 8:12 years of experience in working drawing development
Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and problem-solving abilities
Desired Candidate Profile
This full-time Team Leader Working Drawing position is an on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing the creation and coordination of detailed working drawings while ensuring alignment with project requirements and design quality. The Team Leader will oversee a team of designers and collaborate closely with other departments to meet project deadlines. Additional responsibilities include quality assurance of all technical drawings and providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
