Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers, to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design intent, and address any technical challenges.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all designs adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Utilize advanced architectural software and modeling tools to create innovative and efficient design solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects within scope and on schedule.
• Mentor junior architects and engineers, providing technical support and fostering professional development.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of design methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of professional experience in architectural engineering or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing full project lifecycles, from concept to construction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in an office-based setting with occasional site visits.
