Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Prepare detailed engineering plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects effectively.
  • Estimate project costs, resources, and timelines, and assist in budget management.
  • Identify and resolve engineering problems, providing innovative solutions as needed.
  • Ensure all engineering activities adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and technical documentation to stakeholders.
  • Support project management activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing engineering projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Willingness to work on-site as required.
