Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Review of the project related Architectural documents.

- Ensure that procedure for maintaining high standards of quality, reliability and safety in project designs are in place and implemented.

- Aware / understand the fire life/safety regulations and standards in mega project.

- Coordination between different design disciplines.

- Solve the interfaces between different design disciplines

- Interface with internal and external teams to ensure that design, technical quality and specifications of the projects are achieved.

- Monitor and report on the design review progress.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree in Architecture is preferable)
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architecture
- Proven experience in architectural design review
- Extensive experience in railway or transit-oriented projects
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
