Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Senior Architecture Engineer responsibilities including but not limited to: -

  • Review of the project related Architectural documents.
  • Develop and review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and constructability.
  • Ensure that procedure for maintaining high standards of quality, reliability and safety in project designs are in place and implemented.
  • Coordinate with other discipline reviewers to integrate architectural designs with engineering and other technical aspects.
  • Review and evaluate contractor submittals, requests for information (RFls), and proposed design changes
  • Liaise with clients to ensure alignment with regulatory and project-specific requirements.
  • Aware / understand the fire life/safety regulations and standards in mega project.
  • Coordinate & solve the interfaces between different design disciplines.
  • Interface with internal and external teams to ensure that design, technical quality and specifications of the projects are achieved.
  • Monitor and report on the design review progress.

Desired Candidate Profile

Senior Architecture Engineer requirements should be including but not limited to: -

  • Bachelor s degree in architecture engineering.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in Architecture field.
  • Design review experience is required
  • Experience in Railway Projects is required
  • Master in architecture is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Management & Coordination Skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Teamwork cooperation & Leadership skills.
