Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The required position will be at EET - Green Line (Section 1) Mohamed Nagib Station, Cairo, Egypt.

Senior Site Architecture Engineer responsibilities including but not limited to: -

  • Examine and validate architectural drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and constructability.
  • Supervision of all finishing & arrangement items and activities.
  • Ensure adherence to high standards of quality, safety, and reliability in design, complying with applicable codes, life safety regulations, and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural designs with technical and engineering aspects.
  • Evaluate contractor submittals and proposed design changes, providing timely feedback and recommendations.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring all designs align with regulatory and project-specific requirements.
  • Act as the architectural representative in internal and external meetings, ensuring project objectives and technical quality are achieved.
  • Support site teams by resolving on-site architectural issues and ensuring works are executed in accordance with approved documents.
  • Identify opportunities for design optimization and value engineering; prepare technical reports and updates as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Senior Site Architecture Engineer requirements should be including but not limited to: -

  • Bachelor s degree in architecture engineering.
  • Minimum of 13 years of experience in Architecture field.
  • Design review experience is required.
  • Experience in Railway Projects is required.
  • Master's in architecture is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Management & Coordination Skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Teamwork cooperation & Leadership skills.
