Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive inspections of architectural elements, including walls, drywall, doors, windows, finishes, and related components, to verify compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications

  • Perform detailed inspections and testing of materials and construction methods to assess quality, performance, and structural integrity
  • Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and design details to ensure on-site execution aligns with approved design intent and project objectives
  • Identify potential issues proactively and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to project managers, architects, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate collaboratively with contractors, architects, engineers, and other discipline inspectors to resolve change orders and quality concerns efficiently
  • Conduct comprehensive final inspections to confirm that all architectural works meet required standards and project requirements
  • Prepare detailed, well-organized inspection reports that include findings, recommendations, photographic documentation, and supporting evidence
  • Monitor construction progress systematically and identify risks that may impact quality, safety, or project schedules
  • Verify compliance with applicable Saudi Arabian, local, and international building codes, regulations, and accessibility requirements
  • Perform regular safety inspections to ensure adherence to project safety plans and relevant safety regulations
  • Participate actively in project meetings to present inspection findings, support issue resolution, and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of inspections, tests, correspondence, site communications, and all documentation
  • Stay current with industry standards, emerging materials, and evolving construction techniques to enhance inspection practices

Desired Candidate Profile

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in architectural inspection, quality assurance, construction inspection, or an equivalent role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical findings clearly to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency with inspection documentation software, digital photography, and reporting tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively with architects, contractors, and project teams
