Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and execute site activities in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractors to ensure timely and quality project execution.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with the design team to address technical issues or design modifications.
  • Prepare and submit daily progress reports and relevant documentation.
  • Efficiently manage manpower, materials, and site resources to meet project milestones.
  • Identify and assess potential project risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, with the ability to prepare, interpret, and implement detailed shop drawings.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fit-out and fast-track projects.
  • Strong knowledge of site management, material procurement, and project scheduling.
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and enforce strict quality control on-site.
  • Solid understanding of safety standards and site regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve on-site challenges.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
